HOW LONG A PRECINCT CHAIR: 2 yrs +
Voter turnout.  We need to activate all the Republicans to get out and vote
My goal as a precinct chair is to get every eligible Republican voter educated and voting in every election. 
We are working on making more personal contacts within our precinct. We have in the past mailed invites to come to our house for a get together and through that have made several really good contacts. 
I’m not really a Republican, I am a Christian conservative and the Republican Party more closely reflects my values. Plus, the MAGA movement is moving the party farther to the real right – as in right living. It is easier to take over a party than to build one from scratch. 
A willingness to work at connecting with the people that live in your precinct. A team spirit and a goal to make contact with people.
