Bo French was raised in Midland by a father who worked in the Texas energy sector as an All-American Wildcatter. He entered the industry in 1994 and worked as an energy trader for a decade. In addition, he is a rancher and mineral owner.
Bo has been a long-time Republican activist. Recently, he has served as the Chairman of the Tarrant County Republican Party, the largest red county in the nation, since 2023. He is a proven conservative fighter who has stood up to the Chinese Communist Party and radical Islam, as well as the radical Left and Never Trump factions, never backing down to attacks from all sides.
Jimmy Blacklock – Supreme Court 1
Proven Defender of the Constitution
Chief Justice Jimmy Blacklock has been a strong and steady voice for the Constitution on the Texas Supreme Court since Governor Greg Abbott appointed him in 2018. In 2025, Governor Abbott again placed his trust in Jimmy—appointing him as the 28th Chief Justice of Texas. Throughout his career, Chief Justice Blacklock has fought to defend our freedoms, uphold the rule of law, and preserve our constitutional heritage for future generations.
James Sullivan – Supreme Court 2
Justice Sullivan has dedicated his professional life to upholding the rule of law and defending the Constitution. He was appointed to the Texas Supreme Court by Governor Greg Abbott on January 7, 2025, after serving as the Governor’s General Counsel.
We need sturdy judges on the Texas Supreme Court who won’t back down when our freedoms are on the line. Texans know they can count on Justice Sullivan to stand firm.

Brett Busby – Supreme Court 8
Justice Busby has built a judicial record grounded in fairness, experience, and dedication to the Constitution and the rule of law.
Justice Busby is also a nationally recognized appellate attorney and teacher. He served as a law clerk for two justices on the U.S. Supreme Court, presented oral argument in that court and others across the country, and taught law students at the University of Texas.
He lives in Austin with his wife, Erin, an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Law School. The Busbys have two children.
Thomas Smith – Ct Criminal Appeals 3
Thomas Smith has spent a decade serving alongside the most conservative and effective Attorney General in the nation, Ken Paxton. During that time, he has been a conservative warrior for strengthening the rule of law and our Constitution, fighting for justice for victims of crime, and working on laws to protect our children. He helped write multiple bills cracking down on human trafficking, to protect our kids and young women from the evils of trafficking predators. He protected religious liberty, spearheading passage of a law protecting churches from being forced to make adoptions that violate their religious conscience.
Kevin Yeary – Ct Criminal Appeals 4
It has been my greatest professional honor to serve Texas for the last 10 years on our Court of Criminal Appeals. From the very beginning, I pledged to uphold the constitution and laws of the United States and of this State. Because I also understand that those constitutions and laws are not written by me (judges should not make or change the law, but only apply it as written by others), I have used restraint when exercising the judicial power. I am now seeking re-election, in 2026, to Place 4 on the Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas. I would love to have your support!

Our system of justice is not perfect. No system made by man is. We can improve it, but that improvement doesn’t come from judges doing whatever they think is right in their own eyes. It comes from enforcing the laws as written to find out what works and what doesn’t. In every sense, law enforcement is essential to justice.
I am a career appellate prosecutor. By virtue of the job God has blessed me with at the Office of the State Prosecuting Attorney, almost no one practicing law today has as much experience in the Court of Criminal Appeals as I do. My opponent filed one writ application in 2013. The choice is clear.
